These terms govern your use of ventumining.com, operated by Ventu Systems, LLC ("Ventu"). The Ventu Mining application has its own terms.

1. Information only. This site describes Ventu's products. It is not investment, legal, tax or technical advice. It does not recommend buying, selling or holding any security, mineral interest or property.

2. Sources. The site refers to public records of government agencies and other public sources. Those sources do not endorse Ventu, and their data is provided as they publish it (see Sources and notices).

3. Ownership. The site, its text, design and software belong to Ventu Systems, LLC or its licensors. Names of agencies and other sources belong to their owners.

4. Acceptable use. You may not copy, frame, mirror or reproduce the site or any part of it; scrape, crawl or use any automated means to access or extract content from it; or try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

5. No warranty. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

6. Liability. To the extent the law allows, Ventu is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Links. Links to other sites are for convenience; Ventu is not responsible for their content.

8. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and its state and federal courts have jurisdiction.
